Editorial cover: the headline and byline are repeated as text immediately below.

Linsoul sells Chi-Fi IEMs, headphones, DAC/amps and in-house brands like THIEAUDIO and Kiwi Ears. Return window, restocking fee and discount code exclusions are the parts the brand does not fully reconcile. This Linsoul Audio coupon code buying guide walks through what the brand publishes, where it contradicts itself, and who should probably shop elsewhere.

Linsoul is a Chi-Fi retailer and in-house developer that most audiophiles have heard of by now. The catalogue is large, the house brands are praised, and the fine print is where things get complicated. Nobody on our team has owned a Monarch MKIV or a Kiwi Ears Orchestra, so this is not a verdict on the sound. It is a Linsoul Audio coupon code buying guide built from what the brand itself publishes on its policy pages, and from the places where those pages disagree with each other.

What Linsoul sells, and to whom

Linsoul was founded in 2016 by a team that calls itself "Crazy HiFi," and runs two businesses at the same time. The first is a retailer that distributes gear from more than forty partner brands, including 7Hz, KZ, Moondrop, DUNU, SIMGOT, FiiO, Topping, Shanling and HiBy. The second is an in-house developer behind four house labels: THIEAUDIO, Kiwi Ears, ZiiGaat and Tripowin. Kiwi Ears products are sold exclusively through Linsoul, which is the one place in the catalogue where the brand actually earns the word.

The store ships to seventeen countries from linsoul.com, Amazon and AliExpress. The audience is a mix of audiophiles, casual music listeners, gamers, studio musicians and people who want better sound on the move. Linsoul calls itself "a home for your next sound" and "the curated home for the finest in audio." Both lines are marketing language, with no published criteria for what "finest" or "curated" actually means.

The real axes of choice

Picking inside Linsoul is less about one hero product and more about which category you are shopping. There are four axes that matter:

  • Product family. In-ear monitors, over-ear headphones, DAC and amp units, digital audio players, and audio cables.
  • House brand vs partner brand. House brands (THIEAUDIO, Kiwi Ears, ZiiGaat, Tripowin) often sit at better price-to-performance than partner stock, and they are the ones Linsoul can discount deepest. Partner brands sometimes get locked out of coupon codes entirely (see the discount section below).
  • Driver type for IEMs. The IEM collection runs dynamic driver, balanced armature, planar magnetic and hybrid configurations. The in-house tribrid Linsoul Avant, for example, pairs two dynamic drivers, three BAs and one MEMS driver.
  • Price band. Entry models start around $12.99 for the HarmonicDyne x Z Reviews Eris headphone and $19.99 for the CVJ Kira IEM. Flagships run to the $2,599 SoftEars Karma IEM, the $2,119 GoldPlanar GL3000 headphone and the $4,999 Shanling M30 Pro DAP.

Specific numbers worth knowing

The catalogue holds 787 in-stock products and 73 out-of-stock listings. Within that:

  • 352 in-ear monitors, from $19.99 to $2,599.
  • 25 headphones, from $12.99 to $2,119.
  • 169 DAC and amp units, portable and desktop.
  • 23 digital audio players, from $28 (ONIX XM2) to $4,999 (Shanling M30 Pro). Shanling alone accounts for fourteen DAP models.
  • 90 audio cables, from $8.99 to $499.99, with Tripowin, DDHiFi and Moondrop supplying the most.

On the house flagship side, the THIEAUDIO Monarch MKIV uses a 2DD + 6 Sonion BA + 2EST driver stack, with impedance of 10/9 ohms (plus or minus one), sensitivity of 100 dB (plus or minus one), and a frequency range of 10 Hz to 44 kHz, from $1,149. The Monarch MKIV won VGP 2026 Gold, which is the one third-party audio award the brand puts a name to on its site. The THIEAUDIO Valhalla sits above it at $1,999. Kiwi Ears Orchestra is $499, Halcyon is $259, and Belle starts at $29.99.

Price bands the brand publishes

Linsoul publishes price endpoints for each collection but does not publish a full tier breakdown. What you can take from the site: entry gear starts in the low double digits, a serious house flagship IEM lands in the mid four figures, and the highest-priced single item in the store is a DAP at just under $5,000. The DAC/amp collection page returned a 404 on our fetch, so a specific price range for that family is not something we can quote from the brand.

Shipping, with the thresholds the brand actually publishes

Standard shipping is free for most countries, with no stated minimum. Standard, however, is only available to the UK, India and Russia. Several regions (Africa, Argentina, Hawaii, Kuwait, Mauritius, Montenegro, Sri Lanka) are Express-only.

Express is where the thresholds matter:

  • Free DHL Express from $269.99 for ordinary orders.
  • Free DHL Express from $499.99 for oversized headphones, including the HarmonicDyne Zeus and Gold Planar GL2000.
  • Free DHL Express from $299 for a group of "certain countries" the brand does not list by name.

Paid Express sits between $10 and $50 depending on destination, and arrives in three to seven days after shipping. Standard runs two to three weeks, and up to two to three months for some countries. In-stock items are processed within three business days.

One detail here changes how a discount code behaves at checkout. The brand writes, in its own words: "Shipping fees are calculated based on the order total after applying discount codes." A percentage code on an order near the $269.99 or $299 threshold can drop the cart below that cutoff, which cancels free Express. Linsoul does not publish whether the US, Canada or the Netherlands fall into the $269.99 group or the $299 "certain countries" group. Import duties and taxes are the customer's problem; the brand explicitly disclaims them.

Returns, and where the brand contradicts itself

This is where buyers should read before paying. Linsoul publishes two different return windows on two different pages, and a third number as a homepage badge. The `policies/refund-policy` page states "7 days upon receiving it." The `return-policy-and-warranty` page states "30 days of receipt." The homepage and collection pages carry a badge reading "30 Day Returns/Replacements." The brand does not reconcile the three. If the window matters to you, raise it with support in writing before you order.

Beyond that:

  • Opened items inside the first seven days carry a 35 percent restocking fee, and the brand's own wording is that this "also applies to products that have been opened but are still functioning properly." It is one of the stricter restocking terms in Chi-Fi retail.
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer, except for defective or wrong items reported in the first seven days.
  • Refunds default to store credit if the customer does not choose a method within 48 hours.
  • Custom items, carry cases, cables and ear tips are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Sale items are non-returnable under one of the two policy pages.
  • Items discounted 40 percent or more are final sale, with repair available at the customer's expense.

The two return policy pages also disagree on which sale items count as non-returnable. One page excludes "non-sales product" generally; the other only locks out items at 40 percent off or more. Either reading could be the one support uses.

According to Trustpilot, where Linsoul holds 3.7 out of 5 across 207 reviews with 65 percent five-star and 21 percent one-star, the 35 percent restocking fee and customer-paid return shipping are the two most common complaints. According to Head-Fi.org, some buyers have had to escalate to PayPal before Linsoul covered return shipping on defective items, which runs against the brand's own stated policy of covering that cost in the first seven days.

Warranty

Most products carry a one year warranty against manufacturing defects. Cables and adapters carry three months. Carry cases, ear tips and accessories have no warranty.

Exclusions cover accident, neglect, self-modification, water damage, commercial use and anything outside the published usage guidance. Non-original buyers can still file a claim, but must provide the original order number, contact details and shipping address so Linsoul can verify the purchase. Claims go to support@linsoul.com with the order number, a defect description and photo or video evidence, and the brand aims to respond in three business days. The brand does not publish who adjudicates "manufacturing defect" versus "user damage," or whether custom IEMs follow the same one-year rule, or what warranty terms actually apply to items sold at 40 percent off or more.

What Linsoul does not publish

This is the part most review sites skip, and it is the part a buyer actually needs:

  • Whether the real return window is 7 days (one policy page) or 30 days (another policy page and the homepage badge).
  • Whether the US, Canada and the Netherlands fall under the $269.99 free-Express threshold or the $299 "certain countries" threshold.
  • Which specific "selected new arrivals" are excluded from each sale's discount code (the brand only says it will be a shifting list).
  • Whether warranty on custom IEMs differs from stock IEMs.
  • What warranty terms, if any, cover items sold at 40 percent off or more beyond "may require repair fees."
  • Who decides a defect is "user damage" rather than "manufacturing defect" when a claim is filed.
  • Import duty estimates for the three largest buying regions (US, Canada, Netherlands).
  • Why linsoul.com publishes a 14-day affiliate cookie and 5 to 18 percent tiered commission while linsoul.de publishes a 30-day cookie and a flat 10 percent commission, with no note on which policy applies where.

The homepage carries "Genuine products" and "Authorized distribution" badges with no named certifying body or published list of authorizations. Those are marketing claims without visible evidence.

Who should skip Linsoul

Linsoul is not the right store for everyone. Skip it if any of the following are true:

  • You expect a flexible return policy. A 35 percent restocking fee applies even to items that are still working, so opening a purchase and sending it back can cost more than a third of what you paid.
  • You want to buy a deeply discounted item and keep the right to return it. Anything at 40 percent off or more is final sale.
  • You live in a country Linsoul does not confirm by name in its shipping thresholds, and you need to know the free-Express cutoff before you order.
  • You want brand-bidding Google Ads sent to a Linsoul listing. The affiliate program forbids it in writing, and violation forfeits commissions and program access.
  • You want a single authoritative number for return window, cookie length or commission rate, and you do not want to email support to get it.
  • You rely on third-party review aggregates. The brand's own Trustpilot sits at 3.7 out of 5, which is middle of the pack rather than exceptional.

Discount code conditions

Our Linsoul coupon code is distributed by the brand through its affiliate program, which issues "customized coupon codes" to each affiliate rather than a single public code. Linsoul does not promise that our code is exclusive, and public coupon databases list other working codes at similar rates, so this is not an exclusive rate.

Read these conditions before you paste the code at checkout:

  • Not stackable. Linsoul's own words: "Discount codes are not stackable with any other codes, including those from other promotions or events."
  • Not on sale pricing. "Discount codes and cart savings don't stack on top of sale pricing." If an item is already discounted on the collection page, the code will not reduce it further.
  • Category exclusions carry over from the brand's recent sales. In the 11.11 and BFCM 2025 terms, codes did not apply to Bundles, Mystery or Blind Boxes, Clearance Items, Early Bird products, or the Kiwi Ears x Z Reviews: Serene. The Back-to-School 2026 15 percent education code additionally excluded THIEAUDIO, TOPPING, XDUOO, Gustard, Moondrop, FiiO and DUNU products, along with "selected new arrivals launched in August 2026."
  • Free-Express threshold is calculated after the code is applied. On an order near the $269.99 or $299 cutoff, applying a percentage code can drop you below the line and lose free shipping. For orders close to the threshold, calculate whether the code's savings outweigh the shipping charge before you paste it.
  • Minimum spend tiers used in the 11.11 2025 campaign. $25 off from $60, $50 off from $120, $150 off from $200.
  • Codes expire when the sale they belong to ends and are not reissued.

If any of these conditions get in the way of the specific item you plan to buy, the code will do nothing, and the trip through our affiliate link just loses you free shipping. Before you spend, read the brand's own discount code conditions as published by Linsoul on its own policy page, since those are the words support will apply to your order if there is a dispute.
