Chi-Fi retailer and developer of IEMs, headphones, DAC/amps and cables, with 787 in-stock models from 40+ brands.
Linsoul Audio is a Singapore-based specialist retailer and developer of audiophile gear, founded in 2016 by the "Crazy HiFi" team. The storefront serves two audiences from one catalogue: audiophiles chasing a signature sound, and musicians, gamers and commuters who want something better than the stock buds in the box.
The catalogue runs to 787 in-stock items across in-ear monitors (352 models), headphones (25 models), DAC and amplifier units (169 models), digital audio players (23 models), and audio cables (90 models). IEM prices start at $19.99 for the CVJ Kira and reach $2,599.00 for the SoftEars Karma; headphones start at $12.99 for the HarmonicDyne x Z Reviews Eris and reach $2,119.00 for the GoldPlanar GL3000. Digital audio players run from $28.00 (ONIX XM2) to $4,999.00 (Shanling M30 Pro). Cables cover 3.5mm, 4.4mm, Type-C, 2-pin and MMCX terminations.
Linsoul also develops four in-house brands sold alongside more than 40 partner labels. THIEAUDIO's flagship Monarch MKIV combines two dynamic drivers, six Sonion balanced armatures and two electrostatic drivers in a tribrid configuration, rated at 10/9Ω impedance, 100dB sensitivity and 10Hz–44kHz response; it carried a VGP 2026 Gold award. Kiwi Ears is sold exclusively through Linsoul and does not appear at HiFiGo or ShenZhen Audio. Partner brands include 7Hz, KZ, Moondrop, DUNU, SIMGOT, FiiO, Topping, Shanling, HiBy, GoldPlanar and TANGZU.
Shipping is free standard worldwide with no minimum, and free DHL Express kicks in at $269.99 for most countries, $499.99 for oversized headphones such as the HarmonicDyne Zeus or GoldPlanar GL2000, and $299 for a set of countries the brand calls "certain countries" without listing them. Free-shipping thresholds are measured after discount codes apply, so a code can push an order below the free-ship line. Linsoul does not publish whether the United States, Canada or the Netherlands fall inside the $299 group or the $269.99 group, and does not publish Express delivery times to those three countries.
Linsoul does not publish Express delivery times to the US, Canada or the Netherlands; does not publish whether those three countries sit in the $299 "certain countries" bracket; does not publish a duty or tax estimate for them; does not publish whether warranty for CIEM differs from regular IEM; does not publish detailed warranty terms for items discounted 40% or more; does not publish who decides "manufacturer defect" versus "user damage" in a claim; does not publish whether its advertised "Genuine products" and "Authorized distribution" badges tie to any named certifying body; does not publish the specific terms attached to its affiliate referral code; does not publish the full "selected new arrivals" list excluded from each sale; does not publish how the policy difference between linsoul.com and linsoul.de is reconciled; and does not reconcile its own return window, which appears as 7 days on one policy page and 30 days on another.
It depends on the campaign. During the 11.11 2025 sale, Linsoul used tiered minimums of $60 for $25 off, $120 for $50 off and $200 for $150 off. For the referral code attached to the link on this page, Linsoul does not publish a minimum, a brand exclusion list, or whether it stacks with ongoing sales. Treat the discount as "may not apply" until the cart shows the drop.
Linsoul publishes two different answers. The refund policy page says 7 days from receipt. The separate return-policy-and-warranty page says 30 days of receipt, and the homepage and collection pages carry a "30 Day Returns/Replacements" badge. The brand does not reconcile the two. If a return matters to your decision, email support@linsoul.com and get the answer in writing before you buy.
Yes. For items opened within the first 7 days, Linsoul charges a 35% restocking fee off the retail price — this applies even when the item is "still functioning properly," in Linsoul's own words. You also pay return shipping after the first 7 days. Linsoul only covers return shipping when the item arrives defective or incorrect and you report it inside the first 7 days with photo or video evidence.
Custom-faceplate orders, carry cases, cables, and ear tips (for hygiene reasons) are non-returnable per the refund policy. Sale items are also listed as non-returnable. The two Linsoul policy pages set the sale cut-off differently: the refund policy excludes "non-sales product" (any sale item), while the return-policy-and-warranty page excludes items discounted 40% or more. Treat anything on sale as non-returnable to be safe, and ask support in writing for your specific item if it matters.
No. Linsoul regularly carves out specific brands and product types from its sale codes. The Back to School 2026 education code (15%) excluded THIEAUDIO, TOPPING, XDUOO, Gustard, Moondrop, FiiO and DUNU, plus "selected new arrivals launched in August 2026." BFCM 2025 and 11.11 2025 codes excluded Bundles, Mystery or Blind Boxes, Clearance Items, Early-Bird products and the Kiwi Ears x Z Reviews Serene. Codes also do not stack with other codes and do not apply on top of sale pricing.
Most products carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Cables and adapters carry 3 months. Carry cases, ear tips and other accessories carry none. The warranty excludes accidental damage, user modification, water damage, commercial use and anything not caused by a manufacturing fault. Linsoul does not publish whether CIEM warranty differs from regular IEM, and does not publish the detailed warranty terms for items discounted 40% or more. Claims go to support@linsoul.com with order number and photo or video evidence; Linsoul says it replies within 3 business days.
