Nobody on our team has used a MOTION pouch, so this is a buying guide, not a verdict. The job here is to lay out what MOTION publishes on its own site, where its pages do not agree with each other, and how the coupon codes on this page compare to the public MOTION Pouches coupon the brand runs on its own homepage.
What MOTION sells, and who it is for
MOTION makes a single product: MOTION Performance Pouches, a nicotine-free caffeine and nootropic pouch that sits under the lip and absorbs through the gum lining. The brand's tagline is "ZERO NICOTINE. ALWAYS FORWARD." These are not nicotine pouches and they are not meant to be swallowed. The brand is linked to the influencer SteveWillDoIt (Steve Deleonardis of the NELK/Full Send channel), who has his own public MOTION code. MOTION does not say whether he is an equity owner, a paid endorser, or both.
The lineup is one product in three flavors
There is one SKU to choose from, so the real decisions are flavor, can count, and whether to buy one-time or subscribe. Flavors are Blue Raz, Mint, and Mango. Each can has 20 pouches, and the brand suggests one to two pouches per day. The pouch is marked zero nicotine, zero tobacco, zero sugar, and zero calories. MOTION says the pouch is "made without microplastics, from the formula to the pouch material itself."
What is in each pouch
MOTION publishes a per-pouch ingredient list without hiding doses behind a proprietary blend, which is the single most useful thing about the product page:
- Natural caffeine (guarana and green coffee bean): 40mg
- L-Theanine: 100mg
- Alpha-GPC: 100mg
- Citicoline: 100mg
- Rhodiola Rosea: 50mg
- Panax Ginseng: 50mg
- Vitamin B12 (methylated): 20mcg
According to a September 2026 write-up on takeroon.com, the four nootropic doses other than L-Theanine (Alpha-GPC, Citicoline, Rhodiola, Ginseng) sit four to twelve times below the amounts used in the published clinical trials for those ingredients, and only L-Theanine's 100mg lands inside the researched range. The same reviewer calls the effect "genuinely mild" rather than clinical-strength. That is one outside opinion, not a measurement we did, and MOTION itself makes no clinical claim on the labels we checked.
Prices and the two tracks
MOTION runs two price tracks on the same product page, and they are not the same deal:
- One-time: two cans $16.78, three cans $41.97, five cans $38.95 marked "Best value". The five-can price sitting below the three-can price looks like a typo until you check it twice — the brand prints exactly those numbers.
- Monthly subscription: first box of three cans $25.17 after the public STEVE code applies 40% off, then $29.97 per month on renewal. A five-can subscription works out to $8.99 per can.
Subscriptions can be skipped, swapped, paused, or cancelled from the account page with no fee, which is worth knowing before you lock in a monthly order. If you want to try MOTION Performance Pouches before you commit to a recurring charge, the two-can one-time pack is the cheapest way in at $16.78.
Shipping — the two rules do not agree
This is the first place MOTION's own site contradicts itself, and it is the one most likely to cost you money at checkout:
- The homepage says: "Orders of 3 cans or more ship free."
- The Shopify shipping policy says: "Free shipping available on orders over $50."
A three-can subscription at $29.97 does not clear $50, so the two rules can give different answers on the same cart. MOTION does not say which rule wins, and it does not say whether the threshold is checked before or after any discount is applied. If a code like STEVE drops a three-can subscription to $25.17, the "over $50" rule is clearly not met. Whether the "3 cans or more" rule still delivers free shipping is a question only checkout can answer, so watch the shipping line before you pay.
Orders are processed in one to two business days when placed before 2 PM EST, Monday to Friday. US Standard transit is three to seven business days, Express is one to three business days, Canada is five to ten business days, and international orders are seven to fourteen business days. MOTION ships to the continental United States, Canada, and what it calls "select international countries" — the brand does not list which countries are in that group, and it does not say which US states, if any, it skips.
Returns — the homepage and the policy disagree
This is the second contradiction, and it matters more than it looks:
- Homepage: "30-day money-back guarantee, for any reason, we'll make it right. No hoops, no fine print."
- Shopify refund policy: items must be "unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging," and the following cannot be returned at all — sale items, gift cards, perishable goods, personal care products, and custom/personalized items.
A pouch you have opened and tried is not "unused with tags," and the brand's own policy classifies personal care products as non-returnable. The homepage's "no fine print" line is a marketing phrase that the policy page immediately contradicts. The window is thirty days from delivery, fourteen days for EU customers, and there is no restocking fee. Refunds post within ten business days of approval, back to the original payment method. The brand pays return shipping. The one practical gap is that the policy page still shows "[INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]" where the physical address should be — email info@motionbrand.com and get the address in writing before you ship anything back.
Warranty — not published anywhere we looked
MOTION does not mention a product warranty on the pages we checked. That is not unusual for a consumable, but it is worth knowing that if a can arrives damaged or spoiled, the thirty-day money-back window is the only written remedy on offer.
What MOTION does not publish
The gaps are the useful part of this guide, because they are the questions you will have to answer yourself:
- Whether the free-shipping threshold is checked before or after discounts
- Which US states or countries (if any) are excluded from shipping
- The physical return address — the policy still shows the placeholder "[INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]"
- The name of the third-party lab the brand says tests every can, and no public certificate of analysis
- Any product warranty
- Whether the coupon codes on this page apply to one-time orders or only to subscriptions
- A minimum order for using those codes
- Whether those codes stack with other offers
- An expiry date for the codes on this page or for the public STEVE code
- The year MOTION was founded
- The non-active ingredients (fillers, binders) inside the pouch itself
The brand also prints the FDA notice on its FAQ: "These product statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Contains caffeine." People who are pregnant, nursing, or sensitive to caffeine are told not to use the product, and anyone with a medical condition is told to ask a doctor first.
Who should skip this brand
- Anyone who wants a clinical-strength nootropic stack. According to takeroon.com's September 2026 write-up, four of the six nootropic doses sit well below published clinical-trial ranges — if you are chasing a specific dose for a specific effect, MOTION is not that product.
- Anyone sensitive to caffeine. The brand's own FAQ names caffeine sensitivity as a reason not to use the pouch.
- Anyone outside the US and Canada who needs a confirmed delivery country before buying — "select international countries" is not a list.
- Anyone who needs the thirty-day guarantee to be as broad as the homepage suggests. The policy page's exclusions change the picture, and the brand does not reconcile the two.
About the coupon codes on this page
MOTION runs a public code of its own, STEVE, that gives 40% off the first subscription box and is applied automatically on the product page. It is a first-time-subscription-only code, and the discount is stronger than any affiliate-side offer we can show. The coupon codes listed on this page are not an exclusive rate, and they are not a replacement for STEVE — if you are a brand-new subscriber, STEVE will almost certainly save you more on the first box, and you should compare the two totals at checkout before you decide.
Two things to know before you type a code into the discount box:
- Most Shopify stores accept only one code per order. If STEVE is already applied to your cart, you will have to remove it before any code from this page will attach, and you will lose the 40%-off first box to do so.
- MOTION does not publish whether the codes on this page work on one-time orders, so a code built for subscriptions may silently fail on a one-time cart. Watch the total — if the price does not change after you paste the code, the code did not apply.
Check before you pay
- Free-shipping line: the homepage ("3 cans or more") and the policy page ("over $50") disagree. If a code drops your three-can cart below $50, confirm free shipping is still showing before you pay.
- Return exclusions: the policy page bars sale items and personal care products from returns, even though the homepage promises "no fine print."
- Return address: still a placeholder on the policy page. Email info@motionbrand.com for it in writing before you ship a return.
- One code per order: if the public STEVE code auto-applies at 40% off, removing it to try another code is almost certainly a bad trade on a first subscription.
- Caffeine load: each pouch lists 40mg of natural caffeine and the brand suggests one to two pouches per day. Add that to whatever coffee or tea you already drink before you decide the dose.
For a running list of the current MOTION offers, including any subscription-only codes, see the MOTION Pouches coupon page. You can also read the brand's full written terms on MOTION's own shipping policy page to compare them against what we have summarized here.
MOTION publishes enough per-pouch detail to make an informed first order, and it publishes two shipping rules and two returns rules that do not match. Treat the brand's own homepage promises as the marketing version and the policy pages as the version you will be held to at checkout, and the gap between them stops being a surprise.
