Maple Prime markets itself as a reseller of designer fragrances and skincare at prices below standard retail. Nobody on our team has sprayed one of these bottles, so this is a guide to the shop and its published terms rather than a verdict on how any scent performs.
What Maple Prime sells, and who it is for
Maple Prime is a US-focused online shop listing fragrances and skincare from brands including Creed, Dior, Tom Ford, Giorgio Armani, Xerjoff, Sospiro, Burberry, Guerlain, Versace, Valentino and Estee Lauder, alongside more than 20 other names it mentions on its homepage. The tagline is "Feel beautiful. Feel confident." and the pitch is designer scents at a discount, advertised as "savings up to 80% off retail" with no named product or reference price attached to that figure.
The catalogue covers women's and men's fragrances across Eau de Parfum, Eau de Toilette, Parfum, Travel Size and Samples formats, plus unisex and children's scents, gift sets, discovery sets and testers. Skincare is a secondary line running from cleansers and moisturizers through masks, eye care and sun care to supplements. Maple Prime also sells on Amazon, Walmart and eBay, and orders placed there follow each marketplace's returns rules rather than the shop's own.
This suits a buyer who already knows which bottle they want and is price-shopping it. If authentication paperwork matters to you, the "100% authentic" line the brand uses names no inspecting body or independent mechanism behind it.
The axes to pick along
The practical questions here are format, bottle versus sample, and set size. Eau de Parfum sits at the higher-concentration end and holds most of the designer bottles; Eau de Toilette runs lighter; Parfum is the heaviest concentration and the smallest selection. Travel Size and Samples let you test a scent before committing to a full bottle.
Discovery Sets bundle several vials from one house, and the count varies enough that the brand tells shoppers to "check the individual product page before ordering." The Atkinsons Discovery Set holds four vials, the Atralia Discovery Collection holds 12, and the Vertus Discovery Set holds 21. The Roja Parfums Men's Discovery Collection states no vial count on the collection page.
Testers are the third route. Maple Prime groups them under the line "Pay for Scent, Not the Box" and advertises up to 40 percent off on the Samples and testers range against full retail Eau de Parfum pricing. Because the site does not publish readable prices, that 40 percent is the brand's own figure rather than something a shopper can check against a bottle.
Prices and price ranges
This is where the research hits a wall. Maple Prime's collection pages do not render prices in static HTML; they are drawn in by JavaScript at page load. We cannot quote a price range for women's Eau de Parfum, men's cologne, Discovery Sets or any other category from the published pages, and the About page lists no ranges either.
The only numeric savings claims available are the brand's own: up to 80 percent off retail across the store, and up to 40 percent on testers. Neither is tied to a named product and a reference price. If an exact dollar figure matters, open the specific product page rather than relying on a category banner, and compare against the same bottle sold elsewhere.
Shipping
Maple Prime publishes a US and Canada policy with four clear numbers. US Standard is $5.99 and arrives in three to five business days after processing; US Expedited is $9.99 and arrives in one to two. Canada is a flat CA$14.99 per order with four to six business days of transit. Orders placed before 4:00 p.m. EST on a weekday process the same day, later ones the next business day. Free standard US shipping starts on orders over $49, a low threshold for this category.
Two limits sit alongside that. The policy does not say whether the $49 is measured before or after a coupon, and the shop does not ship to APO, FPO or DPO addresses, which it ties to carrier restrictions on hazmat items. No destination outside the US and Canada is mentioned, so whether the shop ships anywhere else is unstated.
Returns
The return window is 90 days from the purchase date, at the generous end for a fragrance retailer, and no restocking fee is charged. Refunds go back to the original payment method within five to seven business days after inspection, orders cancelled before processing get a full refund, and defective or damaged items ship back on a free label.
The conditions are strict in exchange. A product must be "unused and sealed in its original packaging," so anything opened is not accepted back. On a change of mind the buyer pays return shipping: Maple Prime will issue a prepaid label on request but deducts its cost from the refund, and the original outbound shipping and any gift-wrapping fees are not refunded. You also need a Return Merchandise Authorization number from support@mapleprime.com before shipping anything back.
Warranty
There is no warranty page on the Maple Prime site and the policy pages do not mention one. That is normal for fragrance and skincare, but worth stating plainly rather than leaving to inference.
What Maple Prime does not publish
Maple Prime does not publish product prices in a readable form on collection pages, or a price range for any line. It does not publish whether the free shipping threshold is measured before or after a coupon, whether it ships outside the US and Canada, or any warranty policy.
The promotion gaps are wider. There is no minimum order value for SPRING15, no expiry date, no definition of "eligible scents," no answer on whether the code works on items already discounted on the Sale page, and no answer on whether it stacks with loyalty points. The Sale FAQ says only that "the terms of an individual promotion determine whether it can be combined with an existing sale price." The brand also publishes no reference price behind "up to 80% off retail," no third-party body behind "100% authentic," no warehouse or operating location, no spending thresholds for its Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond loyalty tiers, and no price for its paid membership, where the signup line reads "Save with membership - /year" with the figure blank. One inconsistency is worth flagging: the Samples page mentions "up to 15% off eligible scents" while the Spring Collection page frames SPRING15 as an "extra 15% OFF eligible scents," and the brand does not say whether these are one promotion or two.
According to Trustpilot's aggregate page for mapleprime.com as of 2026-10-22, the shop sits at 3.3 out of 5 across 238 reviews, with recent one-star reviews describing delivery delays of several weeks without updates, bottles arriving with leaks or broken sprayers, and no response to refund requests, while five-star reviews from the same window describe orders landing within 11 days. Those are third-party accounts, and none of the gaps above become published facts because of them.
Check before you pay
- Free standard US shipping starts over $49, but the brand does not say whether that is measured before or after a code. Read the shipping line in your own cart once the discount applies.
- SPRING15 is published as 15 percent off "eligible scents" and the brand never defines which scents qualify, so the cart is the only place you learn whether your bottle is included.
- No expiry date, minimum order value, or stacking rule is published for SPRING15, including whether it works alongside loyalty points.
- On a change-of-mind return you pay return freight, and a prepaid label has its cost deducted from your refund. Original shipping and gift-wrapping fees are never refunded.
- Items bought through Amazon, Walmart or eBay follow those platforms' returns rules, not the 90-day window on this site.
Who should skip this brand
Skip Maple Prime if you need a published price before clicking into a product page, or a shop that defines its promotion terms in writing before you buy. Skip it if you ship outside the US or Canada, since no other destination is published. Skip it if you need a warranty, or third-party certification behind an authenticity claim rather than the shop's own word. And skip it if delivery speed is the deciding factor: the published transit times are three to five business days for US Standard, but according to Trustpilot reviewers the slowest orders ran weeks longer, and the brand does not address that gap on its site.
The shop is a reasonable fit if you already know the exact bottle you want, you are shipping to a US or Canada address, and you are paying with a method that carries its own buyer protection. Accepted methods are Amazon Pay, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay and Visa.
Using the codes
SPRING15 is listed on Maple Prime's own Spring Collection page, so there is no exclusivity to it: anyone who lands on that collection can read and copy it. The code on our page is a smaller 5 percent and its conditions are not published on the brand's site at all. Nobody here has put a Maple Prime code through a live checkout, so the cart is where you confirm what applies.
Two other routes carry the same 15 percent: a first-order discount delivered by email after signup, and a referral program that gives both sides 15 percent once an account is linked. There is also a loyalty program that pays points for purchases and reviews, redeemable from 100 points for $5 up to 1,000 points for $50. You can read the shipping tiers and the $49 threshold yourself on the brand's own shipping policy, and the offers we have on file sit on our Maple Prime store page.
