Voyage Luggage sells other people's suitcases, and that one fact changes how every policy on its site should be read.
What Voyage Luggage actually sells
Voyage Luggage is a luggage and travel-bag retailer in Florida, not a manufacturer. Its store sits in Dolphin Mall at 11401 NW 12th St, Miami, FL 33172, described as 15 minutes from Miami International Airport, and it ships across the United States in USD. It calls itself "Florida's Largest Luggage Store" with "over 10,000 pieces in stock" — no third party certifies that title, so read it as marketing language.
Nobody here has ordered a suitcase through this store. What follows maps the catalogue and the published fine print, plus where the store publishes nothing.
The three axes that decide your pick
The first axis is the brand, because at a multi-brand retailer the brand decides your warranty and your discount eligibility, not the shop. The brands page names 16: TUMI, Briggs & Riley, Samsonite, Travelpro, Delsey, Bric's, Carl Friedrik, Victorinox, Nomatic, Kipling, Eagle Creek, Fjallraven, High Sierra, SwissGear, JanSport and American Tourister. More appear only inside collection pages — Porsche Design, Aleon, Gabbiano, Roam, Hartmann, Ricardo Beverly Hills, Antler, Traveler's Choice, InUSA and BH Luggage. In the other direction, the aluminum page states plainly that "Rimowa is not part of the Voyage lineup."
The second axis is shell and format: hardside or softside, then carry-on, medium and large checked sizes, underseat cases, garment bags, duffels, backpacks, sets, covers and accessories.
The third axis is discount eligibility, and it is worth checking first. The store's terms list TUMI and Briggs & Riley as "excluded from all discounts", so two of the 16 headline brands cannot take a price cut of any kind here. Brand choice and coupon choice are one decision.
What the published prices look like
Hardside carry-ons span the widest range: from $55.99 for a Delsey Comete 3.0 to $1,925 for a large Porsche Design aluminum case, with the cheapest SwissGear carry-on listed at $129.99.
Softside carry-ons run tighter. The Samsonite Uplift softside spinner starts at $131.95 and the Tumi 19 Degree Lite Continental sits at $895. Samsonite is on neither the excluded-brand list nor the automatic-discount list below, which makes it one of the few shelves where a third-party code has an obvious job.
Large checked sizes start around $135.34 for Ricardo Beverly Hills cases, through the Delsey Chatelet Air 2.0 from $308 and the Samsonite Paralux from $319.99, up to the Tumi Alpha XX-Large at $1,495. The aluminum shelf is its own ladder: Gabbiano $179.99 to $199, Aleon $329 to $1,129, the Porsche Design Aluminum 4W Spinner 21-inch at $1,650 and Tumi aluminum $1,295 to $1,795.
The 15% off is not a coupon code
The 15% first-order discount has no code attached: it applies automatically when a qualifying item goes into the cart, and the terms say "cart price and checkout price automatically reflects discounted price."
Three conditions narrow it. It covers a fixed brand list and no others — American Tourister, Bric's, Delsey Paris, Eagle Creek, Porsche Design, Rains, Nomatic, FPM, Victorinox, Jeep, Heys and Carl Friedrik. It is "eligible for first time customers only," and it "excludes already discounted products," which rules out much of the sale section. TUMI and Briggs & Riley sit outside it entirely.
Voyage Loyalty Rewards emails a certificate worth 8%, 10% or 15% after an order ships; it never expires, must be spent in one order, cannot pay for shipping, and is void under $75 after discounts. Every order also earns 3% store credit on the merchandise subtotal after discounts, excluding tax, shipping, gift cards and cancelled orders. The sentence governing all of it: "Promotions cannot be combined with other discounts, promotional codes, or special offers."
Shipping
Shipping is free on orders of $75 or more in the contiguous United States, by FedEx, UPS or USPS. Orders process in one business day, two when personalized, with ground delivery quoted at three to five days. Miami gets delivery in "under 2 hours" on orders of at least $150, and some products carry free three-day shipping, tagged on selected Tumi, Briggs & Riley, FPM, Victorinox and Travelpro items.
Hawaii and Alaska carry a surcharge calculated at checkout, anything over 30 pounds adds a $30 oversize fee, and the store does not ship to P.O. Box addresses. The store never says whether the $75 threshold is measured before or after a discount, so read the shipping line in your own cart before you pay.
Returns: 30 days or 60, and what a refund costs
The refund policy page is unambiguous on its own: "You have a full 30 days from the day you receive your purchase." Items must be unused with all tags attached in original packaging, and the store must approve the return before you ship it.
The number does not hold across the site. The FAQ says items "must be returned within 60 days" for an exchange, while one of the store's own blog posts describes a 60-day policy with that post's footer saying 30. The store never reconciles the difference, so both numbers are live — read the store's own refund policy before buying anything expensive.
What a return costs depends on what you want back. Store credit comes with a free prepaid label, and an exchange is free too, but only once: the policy says "first exchange only." A refund to your original payment method has the label cost deducted from it, which the store puts at "typically around $20 but varies depending on shipping location and package size." Returns are free either way if the fault was the store's, and Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged at all.
Warranty: it depends entirely on the brand
There is no Voyage warranty. Coverage comes from whoever made the case, and the store details only three.
Briggs & Riley carries an unconditional lifetime warranty it markets as "Simple as That", covering defects and airline damage with free repair or replacement. Tumi covers luggage, business cases and bags for five years and accessories for two, extending to normal wear and tear plus airline damage in the first 12 months. Samsonite offers a 10-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and normal wear and tear.
For Travelpro, Delsey, Victorinox, Porsche Design, Bric's and the rest of the roster, Voyage Luggage publishes no warranty terms at all.
Check before you pay
- Free shipping starts at $75, and the store does not publish whether that line is read before or after a discount. Check the shipping line in your cart before paying.
- TUMI and Briggs & Riley are "excluded from all discounts", so no code or promotion applies to them.
- The automatic 15% excludes already discounted products and is for first-time customers only, on 12 named brands.
- A refund to your card arrives minus the return label, which the store puts at around $20. Store credit and a first exchange carry free labels.
- Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, and anything over 30 pounds adds a $30 oversize fee.
What Voyage Luggage does not publish
The list is longer here than at a single-brand shop. Unpublished: whether the $75 shipping threshold counts the cart before or after a discount; which brands the STACKWELLPICK19 code excludes beyond TUMI and Briggs & Riley; whether that code stacks with the automatic 15%, or the 3% credit with a coupon; what spend earns an 8% certificate rather than 15%; any return-label price beyond "around $20"; whether an online order can be returned at the Dolphin Mall store instead of by mail; and the price-match promise on product pages, with no qualifying brands, time limit or claim process named.
There is also no founding year or company history on the site. According to The Points Guy, the store was "relatively new to the luggage game, having been in business for seven years" when that article ran — but that is the outlet's account, not the store's, and the blank on the store's own pages stays a blank. That article also lists Rimowa among the brands carried, which the aluminum page contradicts directly, so treat it as possibly dated.
Who should skip Voyage Luggage
Anyone shopping TUMI or Briggs & Riley for a discount. Those two are shut out of every promotion the store runs.
Anyone who assumed the 15% applies to them: first-time customers only, on 12 named brands only, and not on already-discounted items.
Anyone shipping to a P.O. Box, which the store does not serve, or outside the United States, which its shipping terms do not cover.
Anyone who wants cash back without friction, since the free routes lead to store credit or one free exchange while a refund arrives minus the label cost. And anyone who needs a firm return deadline in writing, because the store states both 30 and 60 days.
Using a code here, and the bottom line
On a first order from one of the 12 automatic-discount brands, the store's own 15% is the bigger number, needs no code and cannot be combined with anything, so our 5% code is the weaker of the two there. STACKWELLPICK19 has a place on brands off that list — Samsonite, Travelpro, SwissGear and Ricardo Beverly Hills among them — or on a repeat order where the first-time condition has lapsed. It is one option, not a special rate.
The unknowns travel with it: no published exclusion list for third-party codes beyond the two blocked brands, no stacking rule and no word on sale items. Nobody here has run the code through a live checkout, so watch the subtotal before you pay and check whether the item already carries a markdown that cancels the discount. Our Voyage Luggage coupon page lists the conditions we know about beside each offer.
