About UGREEN HomeAgent
UGREEN HomeAgent is a crowdfunding pre-order campaign, not a regular retail store. HomeAgent is a new line of AI hubs from UGREEN that combine a NAS, a security-camera hub, and a smart home controller in one device, with all AI processing running locally — its built-in assistant, Uliya, works without a monthly subscription. Nothing has shipped yet: reservations close on November 16, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT, the Kickstarter campaign opens on November 17, 2026, and deliveries start from late February 2027.
There are three models. The HA100 (26 TOPS of AI performance, 16GB RAM, up to 96TB of storage) is $799 at the Super Early Bird tier against a $1,599 MSRP, reserved with a $50 deposit. The HA100 Pro (205 TOPS, 32GB RAM, up to 96TB) is $2,699 against a $5,399 MSRP, also with a $50 deposit. The MasterAgent MA100 (128GB RAM, up to 128TB) is $9,999 against a $19,999 MSRP, with a $200 deposit.
Super Early Bird backers get a free gift: a UGREEN SynCare ID500 Pro camera with the HA100 or HA100 Pro, or four 8TB hard drives with the MA100.
Standard crowdfunding risks apply. UGREEN states that crowdfunding rewards are not eligible for returns without valid cause, and delivery dates can slip. UGREEN does not publish a warranty length for the HomeAgent models, shipping fees outside the US, or what happens if the Kickstarter campaign does not reach its funding goal.

When will I actually receive the device?
UGREEN's latest announcement says deliveries start late February 2027 for the HA100, late April 2027 for the HA100 Pro, and late July 2027 for the MA100. Note that an older UGREEN page for Australia still lists late January 2027 for the HA100, and the brand has not reconciled the two dates. As with any crowdfunding project, delivery dates can change.
Can I return a HomeAgent after it ships?
UGREEN states that "Crowdfunding rewards are not eligible for returns without valid cause, except where otherwise required by applicable law." This is different from the 30-day return window on UGREEN's retail NAS products — that retail policy does not apply to HomeAgent pre-orders.
What is the warranty on HomeAgent?
UGREEN states that for crowdfunding projects "the warranty shall commence from the shipping date," but it does not publish how long the warranty lasts for the HA100, HA100 Pro, or MA100. UGREEN's retail NAS lines carry published two- or three-year warranties, but no specific term has been published for HomeAgent.
