My Wirsh is the online storefront for Wirsh LLC, which runs two brands: Wirsh for home coffee brewing gear and Geimori for precision burr grinders. The site sells directly through mywirsh.com on Shopify. Wirsh LLC does not publish where it is based or where its products are made.

The Geimori lineup is built around three grinders. Shipping is free from $249. The free-shipping regions published on the brand's shipping page are the US, UK, Australia and Japan. Canada and Spain are not listed on that page. My Wirsh does not publish shipping fees for orders under $249, specific delivery times by region, or whether the $249 threshold is measured before or after a discount code is applied.

Returns run 30 days from delivery, and EU customers get an additional 14-day statutory right of withdrawal. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the product arrives faulty, damaged or wrong.
