Handcrafted copper, brass, and kansa bronze cookware and drinkware made by Thathera artisans in Amritsar, sold by a US company.
About P-TAL USA
P-TAL sells handcrafted copper, brass, and bronze (kansa) cookware, drinkware, and dinnerware made by the Thathera artisan community of Jandiala Guru, Amritsar, Punjab — a metal-craft cluster recognized by UNESCO. The brand began as a student project at Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University, appeared on Shark Tank India, and now works with more than 120 artisan families. The storefront is operated by Karshini P-TAL Inc, registered in Dover, Delaware, and the brand says it serves customers in more than 40 countries.
The catalogue runs to 68 products, from a $49 Brass Ghee Pot up to the 15-piece Complete Copper Kitchen Set at $1,228.83. Copper pieces are made from 99.7% pure copper with a food-safe Malaysian tin lining; the 10-Inch Copper Fry Pan is $119 without a lid or $169 with one. On the brass side, the Brass Flat Base Wok with Glass Lid comes in a 1qt size at $109 and a 3qt size at $129, both from a $199 list price. Bronze dinnerware includes the Bronze (Kansa) Thaali Set 10.5-inch at $179; the larger 13.5-inch Thaali Set is listed at $304 from a $769 list but is currently sold out. P-TAL notes that the tin lining on a typical brass wok needs re-tinning after about 300 uses.
Shipping is free on orders of $499 or more, and the same threshold adds a free Brass Candle Holder Set worth $99. Orders are processed in 1-3 business days and shipped by DHL Express, UPS, and other carriers; US orders usually ship from a US warehouse, and if stock runs out there the brand says it ships from India with no extra customs charge to the customer. P-TAL does not accept returns, exchanges, or order reversals once an order has been dispatched. Damaged arrivals must be reported within 48 hours with order details, photos, and a mandatory unboxing video; cancellations and address changes must be requested within 8 hours of ordering. Product pages advertise what the brand calls a "Lifetime Warranty" against manufacturing defects, backed by a Lifetime Care Program that offers spare parts and repairs "where feasible" but excludes welding, structural repairs, and natural tarnishing.
P-TAL does not publish several terms a buyer would want: whether the $499 free-shipping threshold is measured before or after a discount code is applied, the exclusion rules or minimum order for the LEESPECIAL7163 code, actual delivery transit times beyond the 1-3 day processing window, the full conditions of the Lifetime Warranty (the brand's warranty page returns a 404), an end date for the sets sale currently running, or the certifying body behind its "ISO certified" claim.
How to use a P-TAL USA coupon code
- 1. Click Get Code on the LEESPECIAL7163 offer. The code is copied for you and a new tab opens on ptal.com through our affiliate link, which is how the referral is recorded.
- 2. Add your cookware to the cart as normal; prices are shown in USD.
- 3. Paste LEESPECIAL7163 into the discount code field at checkout and check the new total before paying. P-TAL does not publish which products the code excludes, so confirm the discount actually applied.
- 4. Pay with Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Affirm, or Shop Pay. Orders of $499 or more ship free and add a free Brass Candle Holder Set.
P-TAL USA coupon FAQs
Does P-TAL accept returns or exchanges?
No. The published policy states P-TAL does not accept returns, exchanges, or order reversals once an order has been dispatched, and purchases made during promotional events are final sale. If an item arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours with order details, photos, and an unboxing video filmed from the moment the seal is broken — claims without a video are rejected. The brand also notes that slight variations, minor marks, or natural discoloration on handmade pieces are not treated as defects.
How fast is P-TAL shipping, and when is it free?
Order processing takes 1-3 business days, after which a confirmation email with tracking is sent; shipping is by DHL Express, UPS, and other logistics partners. P-TAL does not publish actual transit times or a full list of countries it ships to. Shipping is free on orders of $499 or more, which also adds a free Brass Candle Holder Set worth $99, but the brand does not say whether that threshold counts before or after a discount code.
What are the real dimensions of the 10-Inch Copper Fry Pan?
P-TAL publishes two different sets of figures for the same pan and does not reconcile them: one product page lists 15 x 8.25 x 1.75 inches with a 6-inch handle and a weight of 1.98 lbs, while another lists 17 x 10 x 2 inches with a 2-quart capacity. If exact size matters to you, confirm with the brand before ordering.
How do I contact P-TAL about a US order?
The brand publishes two different contact sets and does not say which one handles US orders: its contact page lists an India phone line at +91-7314620881 and WhatsApp at +91-9740357742, while its refund policy lists a US number at +1 872-264-4613 and the email contactus@ptal.com. Cancellations and address changes must be requested within 8 hours of ordering through those channels.
Is there a warranty on P-TAL cookware?
Product pages advertise what the brand calls a "Lifetime Warranty" against manufacturing defects, but P-TAL does not publish the full terms — its dedicated warranty page returns a 404. A Lifetime Care Program offers spare parts and repair support "where feasible," excluding welding, structural repairs, and natural tarnishing. The tin lining on a typical brass wok needs re-tinning after about 300 uses.
Are there other P-TAL coupon codes besides LEESPECIAL7163?
P-TAL does not publish any public coupon code on its own site, and it does not publish the discount terms of LEESPECIAL7163 either — the code's landing URL simply redirects to the homepage. Codes circulating on third-party coupon sites have no confirmation from the brand, so we do not list them.
