RAWM Gaming is a small shop built around one thing: lightweight wireless gaming mice with 8K polling. The catalogue is short, the policies are mostly on the brand's own site, and the discount story is less generous than coupon aggregators suggest. Here is what the brand publishes, where it contradicts itself, and the parts it leaves blank.
What RAWM Gaming sells and who it is for
RAWM Gaming (rawmshop.com) is a specialist. The front page lists three gaming mice families — LEVIATHAN, ER21, ES21 — plus an older SH01 line, and a small shelf of accessories: mouse feet, 8K receivers, mousepads, and grip tape. There is no keyboard, no headset, no chair. If you want a one-brand battlestation, this is not the shop.
The audience is a competitive FPS player who already knows what polling rate, hump placement, and switch feel mean. Prices are quoted in USD, and the shipping list runs to the US, UK, EU, Japan, Korea, and most of Southeast Asia. Anyone outside that list can still order, but only through expedited (paid) shipping.
The three mice worth knowing
The brand publishes clear specs on three of its current mice, with the fourth (ES21PRO) listed on the site but without a price on the home page.
The LEVIATHAN V4 GT sits at the top at $94.99. It weighs 55 g and uses a dual-mode optical and magnetic switch — the brand's selling point here is you can pick which switch feel you want at the firmware level, rather than committing to one.
The ER21PRO is $71.99 and weighs 49 g. The shape is ergonomic, right-handed only, and the brand positions it against the EC-style mice that have dominated FPS for the last decade.
The ES21PRO drops the weight to 47 g in a symmetrical shell. Price is not shown on the home page, so if you are budgeting you will need to open the product page itself.
All three use the same 8K wireless system the brand built the receivers around, which is the one thing you cannot shop around for at this price band from larger brands.
Price range and what you are paying for
Published prices run from $71.99 (ER21PRO) to $94.99 (LEVIATHAN V4 GT). The ES21PRO is not priced on the home page.
That is the full picture — RAWM Gaming does not run a budget tier below $70, and does not sell anything over $100 on the mouse side. The accessories (feet, grip tape, mousepads) sit alongside but the brand does not publish a complete price grid, so you have to open each product page.
According to Vortex Gaming, the ER21 was reviewed as a "$75" mouse that it called an "exact clone of the EC2," praising the coating, 53 g weight on the review unit, and PTFE skates, while flagging a slight wobble in the main buttons and a hollow sound from the TTC switches. That is one third-party opinion, not a measurement by this site, and the review's publication date was not clearly visible when we checked.
Shipping — read this before you add to cart
Shipping is where the brand's homepage promise and its policy page part ways slightly.
The home page says "FREE Shipping on All Mice!" and that is accurate for the mouse SKUs: every mouse ships free. The policy page then adds the real rule for the rest of the catalogue: standard shipping is "free shipping only applies to orders over $40." Accessories, in other words, are the ones that need the $40 threshold.
Expedited shipping is $10 to $40 depending on country, and DHL Express becomes free on orders over $500. Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Argentina and some other regions are expedited-only.
Delivery windows the brand publishes: 3–12 days to North America, 5–12 days to the EU, Australia, and most of Asia-Pacific, 20–45 days to Brazil, and 5–30 days for everywhere else. The brand's primary warehouse is in the US, and backorders ship from Dongguan in China.
Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility — the brand says this twice in the shipping policy.
Returns — 14 days, with one hard limit
The returns page gives you 14 days from delivery to request a return. The item has to be "brand new and unused, and retain its original packaging." EU customers keep whatever extra statutory rights their local law gives them.
The hard limit the brand puts in capitals: "we do not accept returns or refunds for any opened or disassembled machines." If you plug it in, unwrap the switch, or take the shell off to see the PCB, the window is closed. For a mouse this is unusually strict — most peripherals assume you need to actually test the device.
Return shipping is on you. The policy is explicit: "Direct shipping costs for goods returned from overseas are borne by the buyer. We do not provide prepaid return labels or reimburse postage." If customs duties get charged during the return journey, those get deducted from the refund.
Refund timing: inspection within 72 hours of arrival, two business days to process, then 2–10 days on the payment-gateway side.
Warranty — one year, with a trap
The published warranty is one year on manufacturing defects. EU buyers get two years by law.
The trap is the same as the returns trap: opening or disassembling the mouse voids the warranty. This matters because enthusiast gaming mice are often opened for switch swaps or hot-swap repair, and RAWM Gaming's warranty does not cover that path.
What RAWM Gaming does not publish
Four blanks are worth naming before you buy.
First, the brand does not say whether the $40 free-shipping threshold is calculated before or after a discount code. With the 10% RAWMMEMBERS code applied, a $44.45 accessory cart would be the safe floor to keep free shipping — anything between $40 and $44.44 risks losing it. The brand could clear this up with one sentence; it has not.
Second, the brand does not publish exclusions for the 10% RAWMMEMBERS code. There is no list of products the code cannot apply to, no "cannot be combined with sale items" clause, and no expiry date. That is a generous silence, but it is still a silence — not a guarantee.
Third, the Halloween Specials banner on the home page (running October 15 to 31) does not state a discount percentage and does not provide a code. You will only know the sale depth when you open a product page during that window.
Fourth, the home page and the refund policy disagree on the return window. The home page says "15-DAY RETURNS Hassle Free." The refund policy says 14 days. We mention both because the brand has not reconciled them, and whichever one you quote back to support, you should take a screenshot of before you order.
Who should skip this brand
Skip RAWM Gaming if you want to open and tinker. The warranty and the return policy both treat an opened mouse as out of warranty and out of return window — this brand does not fit the modding workflow.
Skip it if you buy accessories under $40 and expect free shipping. Only mice ship free unconditionally; everything else needs the $40 cart threshold.
Skip it if you need delivery in days, not weeks, outside North America and the EU. Brazil's published window is 20 to 45 days, and the "other regions" window stretches to 30 days. For a tournament deadline, that is risky.
Skip it if the ES21PRO is the model you want and you need to compare prices against competitors before adding to cart — the price is not published on the home page, which makes side-by-side shopping slower than it should be.
Using the RAWMMEMBERS code
The brand runs its own 10% code publicly. RAWMMEMBERS appears on both the home page and the dedicated promotion page, with the condition "Subscribe and become our member." The brand also offers a separate 10% first-order code, but that one is not self-serve — the promotion page tells you to contact RAWM to receive it.
Because the brand publishes the same 10% rate openly, the code on our RAWM Gaming store page is not an exclusive rate — anyone who subscribes to the newsletter can get it. We list it because it is the strongest code the brand has confirmed in writing, on two separate pages of its own site. For the specific terms, the brand's RAWM promotion page is the primary source.
A note on free shipping: if you are buying accessories and plan to use the 10% code, aim for a pre-discount cart of at least $44.45 to keep the free-shipping threshold cleared after the code applies. If you are buying any mouse, this does not affect you — every mouse ships free regardless of cart total.
None of the mouse codes have been run through a live checkout from this site, so we have not awarded a Verified badge. The code appears on two of the brand's own pages, which is the strongest written evidence available short of a cart test.
