Sublue makes handheld underwater scooters for divers, snorkelers, and recreational water users, along with batteries, accessory kits, and a robotic pool cleaner. The company was founded in 2013, lists offices in Los Angeles, Amsterdam, Tianjin, and Shenzhen, and says it has sold more than 150,000 products across 80+ countries. Its About page advertises what it calls the "world's first recreational handheld underwater scooter," a claim it does not back with a named source.
The range starts at the SUBLUE EZ at $349 (down from $389), rated to 15 m with up to 50 minutes of mixed use. The Mix 2026 sells at $449 (from $499) with a removable 122 Wh battery, and the MixPro 2026 at $699 (from $729) runs up to 60 minutes; a MixPro Classic sits at $499 (from $529). The Performance line covers the Navbow at $999 and the Navbow+ at $1,199, both rated to 40 m with a 2.0 m/s top speed. At the top, the VAPOR costs $2,999 and the VAPOR Pro $4,099 with two 384.8 Wh batteries and a 12 km/h top speed; the BN Pro robotic pool cleaner is $1,099, down from $1,399.
Shipping is free to the 48 contiguous US states and DC on orders over $100; in Europe the threshold is €100, with remote areas at €200 or more; across most of Asia, North America outside the US, Oceania, and the Middle East the free-shipping bar sits at $4,000. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery: unopened items are refunded minus card-processing (2.5% or more) and currency (1.5% or more) fees, opened but unused items carry a 10%-50% restocking fee, and used items without a technical defect are not refundable. The warranty is 12 months on the Mix, MixPro, Navbow, and Navbow+; the VAPOR gets 24 months on the main unit and motor but 12 months on the battery and charger; the BN Pro gets 36 months. A regional service fee of up to 20% can apply to warranty work.
Sublue does not publish per-region delivery times, shipping fees below the free-shipping thresholds, or whether those thresholds are calculated before or after a discount code is applied. It also does not publish a minimum order for its discount codes, a list of excluded products, whether codes stack with the running sale prices, or end dates for those sales, which it describes as seasonal pricing. That condition comes from the affiliate program's terms, not from Sublue's own site — the brand's public affiliate page only says its codes range "from $20 to $150" and does not publish a minimum order, excluded products, or whether the code stacks with sale prices. Sublue publishes two different figures and does not reconcile them: the sale collection and homepage list Open Box units from $279 (down from $389), while the Open Box product page itself shows $359 (down from $499). Open Box units are returned products that have been inspected, cleaned, and function-tested; the packaging may show minor marks, and they ship with the full manufacturer warranty.

Within 30 days of delivery, yes — but the condition matters. Unopened items are refunded minus a card-processing fee of 2.5% or more and a currency-conversion fee of 1.5% or more. Opened but unused items carry a restocking fee of 10%-50% depending on inspection. Used items without a technical defect are not refundable. For US returns, Sublue prepays the return label and deducts it from the refund; if the item has a technical defect, Sublue covers return shipping in full.
The Mix, MixPro, Navbow, and Navbow+ carry 12 months on the main body, controller, propulsion system, battery, and charger. The VAPOR carries 24 months on the main unit and motor but 12 months on the battery and charger, and the BN Pro pool cleaner carries 36 months on device components. Claims need proof of purchase and the product serial number, a regional service fee of up to 20% may apply, and a replacement does not extend the original warranty period.
